Senior Architect

A dynamic Architect with 10 years of well-rounded experience, Sampada, possesses the knowledge of leadership, team spirit, and ethical professional practice.

She started her Architectural career in 2010 in Pune with Chaney Architects, a firm that specializes in Hospital Projects. During her tenure of 3.5 years, she successfully completed a Multispecialty Hospital Project from the beginning till the handover of the project including Architecture and Interiors.

After moving to Bangalore in 2014, she joined KGD-Architecture (now Katerra Design). There, she led multi-disciplinary projects like Group Housing Projects, Industrial Township, and Commercial & Hostel buildings. She also successfully delivered the precast projects which were the first of their kind in India and completed on-site in a record time of 9 months including finishes. During her tenure of 7 years, she vastly improved her performance by implementing strategic project management techniques, team building, and ensuring a work-life balance.

Consciousness towards the Environment and Social responsibility inspired her to be an IGBC- Accredited Professional.  Sampada believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success.
