In his capacity as EDI’s General Manager, Vinod is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Bangalore Studio, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments. His role includes comprehensive financial management, where he oversees budgeting, financial planning, and the maintenance of financial health. Vinod also serves as the primary advisor to the board on all legal matters, providing strategic counsel and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Additionally, Vinod is responsible for the negotiation and closure of contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with the company’s goals and standards. He also manages the appointment of consultants, selecting and engaging experts who can contribute to the company’s projects and initiatives. Through his leadership, Vinod ensures operational efficiency, legal compliance, and strategic growth for the Bangalore Studio.

With over 20 years of diverse experience, including seven years with EDI, he offers a comprehensive skill set that is ideally suited for the role. His academic credentials include a Master's in Business Management and a Bachelor's in Commerce, providing him with a strong foundation in both business strategy and financial acumen.

Before joining EDI, he managed various projects for distinguished hospitality groups with significant global presence. In these roles, he played a crucial part in the development and execution of numerous high-profile projects. His responsibilities encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that each project met the group's rigorous standards for excellence and innovation.

His ability to manage complex projects is evidenced by his successful oversight of initiatives that demanded meticulous planning, coordination, and execution.
