“Karthick Murthy has 8 plus years of experience in Quantity Survey, Project Planning & Management along with Project Execution. Karthick holds a Topped Professional Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from RMK Engineering College affiliated by Anna University, Chennai in 2011. His research project was published in a National Journal at Kannur, Kerala in 2011 & also been published in an International Journal in Sydney, Australia in the year 2011.

He has major experience in Project Management & Planning along with Value engineering for various types of Projects such as Colleges, Schools, Hospitals,Administration buildings, Residentials, Commercials, Industrials, etc. He has 5 plus years of experience in design engineering & executing the interiors for Hospitals,Administration buildings, Residentials, etc. He has experience in terms of handling, monitoring & empowering the team in Project Management from the Concept design to Handover of Project (incl. Concept design, Schematic, Budgeting, Contracting,Client interaction & approvals, Project Planning, Costing, Tendering, Vendor Evaluation,Procurement, Executing, Quality inspection, Monitoring, Escalation of deviations along with Mitigation plans,Trial runs, Handing over). Experienced in handling Project worth of 750+ Crs.

Joining EDA as Manager – Engineering Dept. Karthick is responsible for Engineering the Architecture designs & detailing in terms of all kinds of Finishes. Also value engineering the structural detailing based on the engineering concepts & IS standards by suggesting the alternative Materials & Market standards to execute with. He has the ability to imagine the Architecture designs proposed by Architects & capability to come-up with the execution sequences & mitigation plan on site construction criticalities to attain the design in terms of Quality Standards.Karthick believes that “Change is the only thing which won’t change in the Universe”.In this consideration, he believes in working with Secondary Planning along with Primary in all his works.”
